Welcome to Sewfisticated Supplies! We are thrilled to have you here at our online shop dedicated to providing high-quality bag-making supplies. Based in Singapore, we offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that bag enthusiasts from all corners of the globe can access our products.  We offer worldwide shipping through Singapore Post, and all prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD).

At Sewfisticated Supplies, we understand the passion and creativity that goes into making bags. That's why we are working diligently behind the scenes to bring you a fully functional and user-friendly online shop. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is seamless and enjoyable.

Additionally, we periodically list Ready-To-Ship products and also accept Pre-Orders for bag-making supplies.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly request that you carefully read all listing descriptions before making a purchase to ensure that the product meets your requirements and expectations.

At Sewfisticated Supplies, we take great care in inspecting all products prior to shipping to ensure their quality. However, if there are any defects that have been overlooked, we encourage you to contact us at sewfisticatedsupplies@gmail.com with detailed information and photographs of the defects. Please note that such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


TURN-AROUND TIME (TAT) FOR IN-STOCK 

We kindly request your patience as we process and dispatch your order, which may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends). 


TURN-AROUND TIME (TAT) FOR PRE-ORDER

Once the pre-order phase ends, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks (general bag-making supplies) OR 8-10 weeks (custom fabric) for orders to be processed and shipped.  


IMPORTANT NOTE

Kindly ensure that retail and pre-order items are placed separately. If both types of orders are combined, the retail order will be held until the pre-order items arrive.

Please note that we cannot guarantee continuous yardage for retail orders. If you require continuous yardage, please send us an email before placing your order.


CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE

As we have limited time and resources, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any requests for cancellation or exchange. Therefore, we kindly request you to carefully review the items in your cart before proceeding with the payment.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES
 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Kindly ensure that the delivery address provided to us is accurate, as we are unable to accommodate any changes in the delivery location once the order has been entered into the Freight Companies for postage labels.

LOCAL - SINGAPORE

We are delighted to offer complimentary local shipping for orders exceeding SGD30 through SingPost Normal Mail, as well as free courier delivery for orders surpassing SGD80.

For orders below SGD30, a flat fee of SGD3 will be charged for handling and shipping via SingPost Normal Mail, while a fee of SGD5.00 will apply for courier service.


INTERNATIONAL

If you are unable to find any shipping rates for your intended destination country, please feel free to contact us via email at sewfisticatedsupplies@gmail.com. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as the shipping rates are consolidated from various freight companies to ensure that you receive the most competitive rates available.

Please be aware that international shipping rates do not include additional charges such as customs fees, clearance fees, duty taxes, or any other charges that may be imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled upon the shipment's arrival at the destination.


It is important to note that international shipments typically require a delivery time of 7 to 30 working days. However, this timeframe is subject to various factors including customs clearance procedures, local post distribution operations, and the geographical location of the buyer.  
Based on past deliveries, the average delivery time to Australia for previous shipments has been consistently estimated to be within the range of 8 to 10 days. On the other hand, deliveries to the United States have typically taken approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
 
A tracking number will be issued for your order after it has been handed over to the Freight Company.

NOTE - The Freight Company offers a range of shipping options, including renowned carriers such as Singapore Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We strive to provide you with the most cost-effective solution for your parcel by selecting the carrier that offers the lowest price and best savings.
