Based in Singapore, we offer international shipping (USA/UK/CA/AU/NZ) so makers from every corner of the globe can access our curated selection.

All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

For convenience:

• Customers browsing from Singapore may see prices reflected in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Customers browsing from Australia / New Zealand may see prices displayed in Australian / New Zealand Dollars (AUD)
  

Final charges will be processed based on the currency shown at checkout.

Free shipping via SingPost Tracked Letterbox for orders over SGD30.

Free courier door-to-door delivery for orders over SGD40.

Orders under SGD30:

• SGD3 flat fee for SingPost Normal Mail
• SGD5 for courier door-to-door delivery

Note: SingPost Tracked Letterbox is limited to 2 kg and max dimensions of 324 mm x 229 mm x 65 mm. This service is not available for bulky items such as vinyl, faux leather, 3D Airmesh, or Sewfistive Foam.

Sewfisticated Supplies is not liable for any lost local packages where proof of postage is provided.

We ship internationally via UPS, offering 1–3 business day delivery for most locations.

For remote areas, allow an additional 2–3 days. All timelines are subject to customs clearance.

• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, you may incur an Address Correction Surcharge at your expense.
• Maximum liability is USD100 per shipment or the declared value - whichever is lower.
• Tracking number will be provided once your order is handed over to the courier.

Flat or FREE shipping automatically applies at checkout.

DUTY-FREE THRESHOLDS

• USA: Not applicable - all shipments are subject to tariff, duties and taxes.
• AU/NZ: AUD 1,000 / NZD 1,000
• UK: £135 (~USD $170)
• Canada: Low CAD 20 threshold

Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included in shipping and are usually the buyer’s responsibility.

All charges are payable before delivery; UPS will send payment advice via email if required.

USA orders are an exception - tariff, duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout (no surprise fees).

PreOrder

• You may place an order with in-stock items, but please note the entire order will ship only when all items are in stock. If you need in-stock items urgently, kindly place a separate order.
• ❌ Do not combine preorder items with retail items in the same order unless you are able to wait 6–8 weeks after preorder closes.

Refund & Order Policy

• Preorders are strictly non-refundable, unless we are unable to meet the stated turnaround time (6–8 weeks from the closing date: 25/1/2026).
• Any changes will incur a 10% admin fee.

Retail availability of preorder prints cannot be guaranteed.

• If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
• For urgent in-stock items, please place a separate order.
• ❌ Do not combine preorder items with retail items in the same order unless you are able to wait 6-10 weeks after preorder closes.
• Shipping will be charged at flat rates, or free shipping applies when the minimum spend is met.

🟣 Ready Stock:
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days.

During sales or high-volume periods, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

⏳ Weekends and local public holidays are not included in the turnaround time.

🟣 Pre-Orders:
The typical lead time is 6–10 weeks from the closing date of the pre-order.

Estimated timelines will be clearly indicated in each pre-order listing.

Unless otherwise stated, all products listed are In-stock and Ready-To-Ship.

Each listing is thoughtfully curated, so we recommend reviewing the details carefully before making a purchase.

Orders are packed based on size and weight. Packaging may vary between poly mailers and boxes.

• Actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and device displays. While we strive to represent our fabrics as accurately as possible, the colour shown on your screen may not exactly match the physical item.
• Cuts are not continuous.
• Due to the cutting process, fabric width may vary by ±1".
• Some pieces may have light markings on the reverse side. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the vinyl’s usability or overall performance.
• Minor imperfections found within 2" of the selvage are not considered flaws.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you read each product description carefully to confirm suitability.

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. If you believe your item has a defect we may have missed, please email sales@sewfisticatedsupplies.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and detailed information.

Such cases will be reviewed individually.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to revise shipping addresses once the order has been entered into the courier system.

While we generally do not encourage cancellations, we understand that exceptions may arise. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at sales@sewfisticatedsupplies.com within 24 hours of placing it.

Please note the following:

• A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
• If the package has already been collected by UPS, shipping fees to and from your country will apply should you wish to cancel before receiving the goods. This applies even for orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
• Repeated cancellations may result in a ban from future purchases.
