Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Customers browsing from Singapore may see prices reflected in Singapore Dollars (SGD), while visitors from Australia may see prices displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) for convenience.
Shipping Information - Singapore (Local Orders)
Free shipping via SingPost Tracked Letterbox for orders over SGD30.
Free courier door-to-door delivery for orders over SGD50.
Orders under SGD30:
- SGD3 flat fee for SingPost Normal Mail
- SGD5 for courier door-to-door delivery
Note: SingPost Tracked Letterbox is limited to 2 kg and max dimensions of 324 mm x 229 mm x 65 mm. This service is not available for bulky items such as vinyl, faux leather, 3D Airmesh, or Sewfistive Foam.
Sewfisticated Supplies is not liable for any lost local packages where proof of postage is provided.
International Orders (UPS Express)
We ship internationally via UPS, offering 1–3 business day delivery for most locations.
For remote areas, allow an additional 2–3 days. All timelines are subject to customs clearance.
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, you may incur an Address Correction Surcharge at your expense.
- Maximum liability is USD100 per shipment or the declared value — whichever is lower.
- Tracking number will be provided once your order is handed over to the courier.
Note: Shipping rates are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Any overpaid shipping will be refunded when we generate your label.
Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

Turnaround Time (TAT)
🟣 Ready Stock:
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days.
During sales or high-volume periods, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
⏳ Weekends and local public holidays are not included in the turnaround time.
🟣 Pre-Orders:
The typical lead time is 6–8 weeks or 8–10 weeks from the closing date of the pre-order.
Estimated timelines will be clearly indicated in each pre-order listing.

Unless otherwise stated, all products listed are Ready-To-Ship.
From time to time, we may open Pre-Orders for selected supplies.
Each listing is thoughtfully curated, so we recommend reviewing the details carefully before making a purchase.
Packaging
Orders are packed based on size and weight. Packaging may vary between poly mailers and boxes.
We do not offer flat-rate shipping, as even a 0.1g difference can shift the package into a higher tier.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you read each product description carefully to confirm suitability.
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. If you believe your item has a defect we may have missed, please email sales@sewfisticatedsupplies.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and detailed information.
Such cases will be reviewed individually.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to revise shipping addresses once the order has been entered into the courier system.
Cancellation Policy
While we generally do not encourage cancellations, we understand that exceptions may arise. If you need to cancel your order, please email us (sales@sewfisticatedsupplies.com) within 24 hours of placing it. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
Please note that repeated cancellations may result in a ban from future purchases.
