At Sewfisticated Supplies, we take great care in inspecting all products prior to shipping to ensure their quality. Please note that such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

- Packaging for orders may vary; it could be either polymer bags or a box, depending on the order. We do not offer flat-rate boxes, as even a slight increase of 0.1 grams may result in a change to a higher shipping tier.

Shipping rates are determined by either the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, and are subject to change based on the policies of the forwarding company.
- Any excess shipping fees will be refunded when generating shipping labels.
- Customs duties or import taxes are NOT included in the shipping rates, and the transit time depends on customs clearance procedures.
- A tracking number will be issued for your order once the shipping label has been generated.
- Kindly ensure that the delivery address provided to us is accurate, as we are unable to accommodate any changes in the delivery location once the order has been entered into the Freight Companies for postage labels.

Please be aware that international shipping rates do not include additional charges such as customs fees, clearance fees, duty taxes, or any other charges that may be imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled upon the shipment's arrival at the destination.
LOCAL - SINGAPORE
Enjoy complimentary local shipping for orders over SGD30 via SingPost Tracked Letterbox, and free courier delivery for orders above SGD50.
Please be aware of the limitations for SingPost Tracked Letterbox delivery: a maximum weight of 2 kg and dimensions of 324 mm by 229 mm by 65 mm. If you are purchasing vinyl/faux leather or 3D Airmesh/Sewfistive Foam, the SingPost option is not available.
For orders under SGD30, a flat handling and shipping fee of SGD3 will be charged for SingPost Normal Mail, while a fee of SGD5.00 will apply for courier service.
Sewfisticated Supplies is not liable for any lost packages with proof of postage receipt.
INTERNATIONAL
Appointed Express Forwarder - UPS
We’ve secured a competitive deal with UPS for deliveries within 1-3 business days. If your delivery address is in a remote location determined by UPS, please expect an additional 2-3 days transit time. Please note that these timelines are subject to customs clearance.
Important Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If an address is provided with a PO Box, an additional Address Correct Surcharge will apply, which will be your responsibility.
The maximum liability of is limited to United Dollars One Hundred Dollars (USD100.00) per shipment or the declared commercial value of the item, whichever is lower.
