- Prices quoted on the website are in United States Dollars (USD).
- Packaging for orders may vary; it could be either polymer bags or a box, depending on the order. We do not offer flat-rate boxes, as even a slight increase of 0.1 grams may result in a change to a higher shipping tier.
- Shipping rates are determined by either the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, and are subject to change based on the policies of the forwarding company.
- Any excess shipping fees will be refunded when generating shipping labels.
- Customs duties or import taxes are NOT included in the shipping rates, and the transit time depends on customs clearance procedures.
- A tracking number will be issued for your order once the shipping label has been generated.
- Kindly ensure that the delivery address provided to us is accurate, as we are unable to accommodate any changes in the delivery location once the order has been entered into the Freight Companies for postage labels.

Please be aware that international shipping rates do not include additional charges such as customs fees, clearance fees, duty taxes, or any other charges that may be imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled upon the shipment's arrival at the destination.
LOCAL - SINGAPORE
For orders below SGD30, a flat fee of SGD3 will be charged for handling and shipping via SingPost Normal Mail, while a fee of SGD5.00 will apply for courier service.
INTERNATIONAL
Appointed Express Forwarder - UPS
We’ve secured a competitive deal with UPS for deliveries within 1-3 business days. If your delivery address is in a remote location determined by UPS, please expect an additional 2-3 days transit time. Please note that these timelines are subject to customs clearance.
Important Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If an address is provided with a PO Box, an additional Address Correct Surcharge will apply, which will be your responsibility.
The maximum liability of is limited to United Dollars One Hundred Dollars (USD100.00) per shipment or the declared commercial value of the item, whichever is lower.
