Kindly ensure that retail and pre-order items are placed separately. If both types of orders are combined, the retail order will be held until the pre-order items arrive.

Color Disclaimer: Please note that while we strive to ensure accurate color representation, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting. The actual product color may have minimal differences compared to what you see on your screen.

We strive for consistency in our products, but slight variations on the color may occur during the manufacturing process in different production batches. 

Our fabrics are hand-cut, so please note that they may not have perfectly straight edges. If you have a preference for precisely straight cuts, we recommend considering this before making a purchase.

Variation in sizes/measurements difference is minimal and should be within +/- 1" range.

Fabric will be shipped either folded or rolled, depending on the most economical method.

If the fabric arrives folded, we recommend rolling the fabric to help alleviate any creases or wrinkles that may have occurred during transit. For best results, you can lightly iron the fabric on the right side using a muslin cloth to protect the surface and smooth out any remaining creases. This gentle ironing process will help restore the fabric to its original appearance without causing any damage.

Kindly ensure that the delivery address provided to us is accurate, as we are unable to accommodate any changes in the delivery location once the order has been entered into the Freight Companies for postage labels.

We kindly request your patience as we process and dispatch your order, which may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends).

TURN-AROUND TIME (TAT) FOR PRE-ORDER

Once the pre-order phase ends, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks (general bag-making supplies) OR 8-10 (custom fabric) for orders to be processed and shipped.  

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly request that you carefully read all listing descriptions before making a purchase to ensure that the product meets your requirements and expectations.

At Sewfisticated Supplies, we take great care in inspecting all products prior to shipping to ensure their quality. However, if there are any defects that have been overlooked, we encourage you to contact us at sales@sewfisticatedsupplies.com m with detailed information and photographs of the defects. Please note that such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
While we generally do not encourage cancellations, we understand that exceptions may arise. If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative costs.

Please note that repeated cancellations may result in a ban from future purchases.
